You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you've tried SimpleStrip and it didn't work for you, you're covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We stand behind the product unconditionally — if it doesn't make your wallpaper removal easier, faster, and cleaner than any method you've tried before, we'll refund your purchase in full, even if the product has been used.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return or approving your satisfaction guarantee claim. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
