SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch & Processing

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Red Wing, Minnesota. Orders placed before 12:00 noon EST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

US Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States via UPS and USPS.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates during peak periods or extreme weather events.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by SimpleStrip at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the UPS website or USPS website.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
