HydroSheets are the core of the SimpleStrip system — and the reason it works when spray-on strippers don't. Each sheet is made from 100% viscose and measures 46" × 21", designed to cling directly to vertical wall surfaces and hold the Power Solution in sustained contact with the wallpaper. That sustained contact is what dissolves the paste. Without it, solution runs straight to the floor before it can do its job.

How HydroSheets Work

Soak the sheets in warm water and Power Solution, press them against the scored wallpaper surface, and use the pressure sprayer to keep them moist. After 20 minutes the paste beneath is fully dissolved and the wallpaper peels away in large, clean sections — no scraping, no steaming, no damage to the wall behind.

Each sheet covers approximately 40 square feet and is reusable up to 50 times, making them one of the most cost-effective parts of the system over multiple projects.

How many times can I reuse the sheets? +
Each sheet is reusable up to 50 times. Rinse them out between walls and they're ready to go again. A single set will comfortably outlast multiple rooms.
How long do I leave the sheets on the wall? +
15–20 minutes is the guideline for most wallpaper. The key is scoring thoroughly first — the more perforations you create, the better the solution penetrates. Keep the sheets moist with the sprayer throughout. Get the scoring right and the wallpaper will peel away cleanly.
Can the sheets be cut to size? +
Yes — they can be cut with scissors to fit around switches, skirting boards, tight corners, or narrow borders. Cut sections work just as well as whole sheets and offcuts can be used on other sections.
How do I clean and store the sheets after use? +
Rinse thoroughly after use, then either leave them to air dry or put them on a gentle cycle in the washing machine. Once dry, store flat or rolled until your next job.
Do I need new sheets for every job? +
No — as long as you rinse and store them properly after each use, one set will last many jobs. Only replace them when they stop holding moisture firmly against the wall.
